![]() I’ve used Flash CS5 which was easy to use and learn. I’m still learning it, but it’s great fun:-D Does everything I want and more! LOTS to learn though (good lord). buy Stephen Brooks Book TRADIGITAL ANIMATE CC!! I’m really interested in stop motion and what people might use for that.Īnd finally, …. I hope to hear from more people about what they use to animate. I composite a lot in after effects just because it’s an amazing program. Maya is my go to program for 3D, however, I have used Blender and as soon as you can get through learning the interface and the learning curve, it’s actually a really robust program. OpenToonz still needs to get some bugs worked out, but i see a lot of potential with it. However, I think openToonz and toonBoom Harmony (which i have been learning, as well) are more intuitive for animation and animators. It’s sort of a cross between Flash and After Effects. I have used TVPaint which is a nice program and does some amazing stuff. ![]() I was originally trained in Toonz 4 before it was openToonz (which, I’m currently relearning) and Maya 1.5, yes I’m that old. ![]() After Effects, Flash/Animate and Photoshop. I’m impressed so far at the variety of software that people are using. LOL! Wow! Stephen, How did I not see that coming! □ ![]()
